Xavier Gendre – Founder & CEO
Xavier has been working for more than 14 years in the Finance industry, notably within the Hedge Fund and Commodity trading spaces. He had the idea to apply highly sophisticated mathematical modelization to psychometrics, data sciences and job matching issues. Xavier loves freeriding in Verbier and surfing in Biarritz.
Pr. Francis Gendre – Head of Research
Francis is one of the very few world experts in psychometrics. Since 1956, he has been doing research in statistics and psychometrics in Europe and in the USA notably at University of Chapel Hill (North Carolina – USA) and at University of Berkeley (California – USA) where he taught statistics at the famous Institute of Personality Assessment and Research. From 1971 to 1997, Francis has been holding a chair at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. He is now Honorary Professor at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland).
He created the Functional Method which is a revolutionary method using statistics, mathematical models and data science applied to psychometrics. Francis enjoys meditation and silent retreats.
Mamadou Bhoye Barry – Head of IT
Passionate about new technologies and full-stack developer on Java and angular technologies, Mamadou has been working for more than 9 years in IT, including 5 years of experience in the study and development of business applications. Mamadou is an engineer graduate from the University of Angers.
Mamadou has been working on IT projects such as France – Visas of MAE (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) with Atos, C.P.P (Chorus portail Pro) with the French Ministry of Labour (Pôle Emploi) and VSCT Oui.sncf on the Hesperides project with the French state-owned railway company (SNCF).
Mamadou is also passionate about football and aeronautics.
